If you want to become a HENCAST member, you will need to fill in the HENCAST membership form. It can be downloaded from the HENCAST website. The following information will be collected: name and contact details, including address, email and phone number, of the parents; name and age of the children; consent or non-consent to photographs which may include images of children being published on the HENCAST website or HENCAST calendar; and consent or non-consent for inclusion in the HENCAST contact list.

However, to access the Members Only area, which includes the HENCAST calendar, forum, and photos, you are required to submit personally identifiable information. This includes a unique username, a password and your real name. You will also have to provide your email address if you need to recover your lost password.
